Victoria, B.C.

Banff

Vancouver

Vancouver is a thriving metropolis surrounded by natural beauty. Seattle

Seattle is situated on Puget Sound, surrounded by the Olympic and Cascade mountain ranges. The city skyline is impressive with shimmering glass high-rises and 100-year-old buildings standing side by side. This beautiful port city came into its own after gold was discovered in the Klondike and 100,000 people passed through the Northwest in 1897 and 1898 on their quest for wealth in Alaska Visit the Klondike Gold Rush Museum or the Space Needle by day and enjoy a vibrant jazz nightlife in turn-of-the-century Pioneer Square where the city first took root.

Glacier National Park

Glacier National Park was established to protect the area's spectacular scenic values, as characterized by the geologic features of the Rocky Mountains and valleys and the native plant and animal life. The park encompasses approximately 1.4 million acres of wilderness and some of the most beautiful mountain scenery in the western United States. A combination of spectacular scenery, diverse flora and fauna, and relative isolation from major population centers have combined to make Glacier National Park the center of one of the largest and most intact ecosystems in North America - once the homeland of the Blackfoot and Kootenai Indian tribes and many sites in the park are sacred spiritual sites. There are over 50 glaciers in the park from which it gets its name. There are also over 200 lakes or streams in Glacier. There are over 730 miles of trails for hikers to enjoy in Glacier National Park.

Chase

Located in the North Shuswap area of the High Country region, Chase is a small community that offers plenty of attractions. Bordering the Thompson Valley and the Shuswap, the local scenery contrasts rolling ranchlands and thick forests. Visitors can hike to Chase Creek Falls, go to a local museum, spend the day at the beach, golf, take a trail ride or a rafting trip down the Adams River.

Columbia Icefield

Stretching 144 miles is the Columbia Icefield, the largest ice field in the Rocky Mountains of the Canadian Rockies. Formed during the Great Glaciation, it's a journey of vast wilderness, pristine mountain lakes, and ancient glaciers. Visitors can travel through two national parks (Banff and Jasper National Park) while surrounded by natural beauty.
